➡️ Multifamily: is in a certifiable buyers’ market. We’re talking a 1990s transaction slowdown.
 
Investors can’t make the math work. The broader takeaway? Price it right or plan to wait. If you own in South Boston, the next 90 days could make or break your sale this year.
