The market isn’t dead, but it’s still stuck.
 
Some properties are flying off the shelf in days. Others? Sitting for months and getting cancelled.
 
So what’s the difference in segments?
 
➡️ Single families: limited inventory keeps them moving, but only if priced right. Still a seller’s market.
➡️ Condos: Biggest inventory jump in years. Luxury is slower, but sub $900K can still move.
➡️ Multifamily: is in a certifiable buyers’ market. We’re talking a 1990s transaction slowdown.
 
Investors can’t make the math work. The broader takeaway? Price it right or plan to wait. If you own in South Boston, the next 90 days could make or break your sale this year.
