I have communicated with a dozen different real estate agents over the years and Chris was the one I landed on as I trusted him the most and he seemed like the one that would most have 100% my interests/wants/needs in mind and have my back. It took a few years of open houses, him sending me listings here and there until we found our dream home! A great single family house in Jamaica Plain. Chris was not only instrumental in finding the house, negotiating the close but also with quarterbacking all necessary resources (lawyer, house inspection) before AND after (movers, cleaning person, landscaping, handyman) etc....Chris's network of resources is invaluable! The series of events that brought my wife and I into contact with Chris were unconventional to say the least, but we're so thankful and grateful that life works out the way it does. When we first decided to buy, we had no idea what to look for, what to think about, or even whom we wanted to work with. I first met Chris about 4 years ago at a South Boston community volunteer event. I instantly recognized Chris' dedication and passion for real estate, and was impressed by his knowledge of details of the local Southie market, as well as larger market trends. So, 4 years later, when I made the decision to upgrade my living situation, my first call was to Chris to begin talking about selling my condo in Southie. He immediately got his team working on my sale. Within 2 days photos and videos were taken of my condo, and my listing was put out to the masses the next day. Communication was always easy and responsiveness was always timely. We texted when needed, talked on the phone when needed. He uses a google doc to keep track of all information related to the process - milestones, dates, listing and showing details - it’s a really great system to keep everything in one place and keep in sync throughout the entire process. Now, no sale is EVER easy, and no sale is without issues. But, when issues arose, he addressed them with me head on, was up front and patient, kept things moving, and did so ALWAYS with a positive attitude and outlook. As a bonus, one thing I didn’t even think to consider in a realtor was all of the other stuff that pops up along the way. Chris has built relationships and set himself up in a way to provide a WIDE variety of services beyond just the broker aspect. He has a network of professionals to help with anything any of his clients might need along the way. Need a handyman? He's got a guy. Need a mover? He's got a guy. Need a real estate attorney? He’s got a guy. And, they’re all as professional and dedicated as he is. Now it was time to find something new. So, I asked Chris to now be my buyer’s agent in the hunt for a new condo. Throughout the process of selling, he listened to my likes and dislikes, and noted what I was liking that was out on the market. He asked the right questions, knew what I was looking for, and, when the time came, gave me JUST the right nudge to get me to step outside of my comfort zone and consider a property that I thought was way out of my reach. The thing was, he knew it was perfect for me. In the end, he was 100% right. I closed on that stunning condo a couple of days ago and couldn’t wait to sit down and let others know about my experience working with Chris.

Chris sold my condo in South Boston during an exceptionally challenging market. My condo had to compete with a glut of new construction. Chris not only identified the updates to the condo that would add the most value at the lowest cost, he even engaged local contractors to perform the work and oversaw the process to its completion. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the unit sold quickly and at a great price. I have used him for several years to fill rental units as well, and I cannot recommend him enough.

We bought our first home (single family in South Boston) with Chris this summer and have no regrets about doing so. Chris has deep knowledge of the neighborhood - not just the existing housing stock but also what's coming to market soon, dynamics of the sub-neighborhoods within South Boston, planned investment by the city, local contractors, etc. I am an extremely detailed person and Chris matched that with his local knowledge and (importantly) balanced us out with a relaxed approach to the homebuying process to keep us from going crazy as first time buyers.
