It’s already behind us.

The signs are subtle but it’s time to pay attention:
- More price drops - 30%+ in my neighborhood
- Less buyer urgency

Some buzz we saw in April? Gone by June.

Sellers holding out for pandemic-era pricing are facing harder reality checks. Meanwhile, buyers are no longer rushing, they’re running the numbers and circling back some time later which is likely how the market should be.

We’ve officially moved from a FOMO market to a “show me the numbers” market because those numbers aren’t making much sense.

This isn’t all doom and gloom. It’s clarity. The boom and bust markets seem to be doing just that.
