Fitzpatrick Real Estate has been serving the Brighton-Allston area for over 40 years. Our office has been located at our present site at 465 Washington Street, Brighton, since 1987, and we enjoy the high visibility that our location offers. Prior to that time we were located at 444 Washington Street, Brighton, for twenty-five years. We are a family owned and operated business.

Our success is based on an established reputation of thoughtful consideration to both Sellers and Buyers. Personalized service in assisting Sellers and Buyers in their own unique situations and striving for successful outcomes is paramount to our business philosophy.

We are members of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the Rental Housing Association, which allows us to be on top of any new and proposed changes in the real estate industry.

There are many tools we use in the marketing of properties for sale such as the Multiple Listing Service, better known as the MLS, we weekly advertise in the Boston Globe several days a week, as well as, on the Internet. Our office also has experience in the construction, renovations and remodeling of properties, which often may be of use to both Sellers and Buyers.
